Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Maceyko was employed by the State Auditor’s office in the Management Advisory Services Department. She has over forty years of experience in public accounting and is extremely experienced in serving closely held and/or family owned businesses in a variety of industries. These types of entities require special planning and advisory services due to the wide variety of goals of the owners.

Emily West has been in the accounting field for 15+ years. Emily has worked for multiple companies, most recently educating future accountants at Ohio Wesleyan University. She graduated from Ashland University with her Bachelors (2008) and Masters (2015) degrees. Emily currently holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license and is a Notary Public. She lives in Mount Gilead with her husband, AJ, and two sons, Foster and Grayson.

Sharon Vickery received her Associates Degree in accounting from Phillips College in Alabama. She is our longest employee having started in 1994. She is an expert with payroll services, sales tax and local taxes and managing every aspect of these areas. She loves her work and assisting her clients. We love her and her slight southern accent and we are sure you will too.

Sarah Stuck received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. After working for a few large corporations in Columbus, she took some time off to be a full time Mom. In 2009, we assisted her in completing her taxes and were so impressed with her knowledge and her spread sheets that we offered her a job. She has been with us ever since and is our quick books and accounting specialist. She is known in the office as “our little hummingbird” and she sure adds laughter and excitement to our office.

Julie Roth previously worked in the legal/title closing industry for over 25 years. She came to our team in 2012 looking for a new adventure. The accounting and tax business is a great fit and she is a quick study. Her years of working with the public are a great asset. She takes care of clients when they receive correspondence and helps out with the onboarding of new clients.  She is certainly an all-around team player doing a little of everything.

Lacey Bishop joined our staff in 2011 to help out during tax season and has continued to work all year round to assist Sharon with payroll services. Prior to that, she attended college studying early childhood education and then was employed as a preschool teacher until starting her own family. Being a stay at home mom makes the transition easy to the chaos of a busy office. Her caring attitude and eagerness to learn has certainly been a big asset to our staff.

Carla McWilliams joined our staff in 2018 to help with customer service and the front desk. She does a great job giving support to our clients. She takes care of all the customer billing and any support needed.

Cindy joined our team in September of 2020 to help out at the Front Desk during tax season.  Having always worked in an office setting, whether in the Insurance office or at the registration at Hospital, she always enjoyed working with the public.  She has been a great asset helping out our clients and staff.

Tiffany Sautter is a detail-oriented bookkeeper with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She joined the Maceyko Tax team in the spring of 2021. Before Maceyko Tax Tiffany spent 8 years as a bookkeeper with a focus on specialized reporting and client development.

When she is not at work you can find Tiffany spending time with family, camping, and being outdoors. Tiffany resides in Morrow County, Ohio with her husband Alex, and sons Kade and Adler.

Jill started with us in 2023.  She has an extensive background in private and government accounting.  In total she has well over 30 years of accounting and payroll experience.  She is currently does bookkeeping and payroll.

Michael joined our team in 2023 after retiring from a career at the Morrow County Hospital. We convinced him to help out during Tax Season with client onboarding.  He brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and management to help with special projects.

Michelle Cope worked as a media specialist/secretary for Marion City Schools for over 18 years. She had also worked for Maceyko Tax part time for 3 years before joining us full time in 2013. She is Lea Ann’s personal assistant in addition to working customer service at the front desk.

Rene Corna came on board in 2022. She was looking for some part time work although she was retired.  Her administration and payroll background gave her the knowledge needed to help as support staff for our Payroll department.  Her schedule is flexible and she jumps in wherever needed.

Linda Knauber had recently retired before being asked to join our team in 2021 during tax season.  She is responsible for all the e-filing of returns and also helps out where needed.  Before retiring, she worked various positions in banking, real estate title company and billing and claims for a doctor’s office.  She enjoys the flexibility of working during tax season and having the remainder of the year off.

Mike Maceyko received his accounting background from North Central Tech College. He worked for Red Roof Inn in the corporate tax department before deciding to follow his passion of “building things”. He currently operates his own business Maceyko Construction but comes in out of the cold during tax season and is a tax preparer. He has the best of both worlds!
